Second of all, you need to make sure you have the latest version of Google Keyboard. Otherwise, nothing of what we will teach you today will work.
How To Add Non-Transparent GIFs To Your Instagram Stories
Adding non-transparent GIFs to your Stories on Instagram is fairly easy. These are the steps you need to follow in order to make this trick work.
1. Open Up Instagram And Enter Your Stories
First of all, you need to open up Instagram on your phone and enter your Stories. There are two ways in which you can do this. The first one is to tap the camera icon on the top left of your screen. The second one is to simply slide left while you are on the Instagram homepage.
2. Take A Photo Or Record A Video
Once you have entered your Stories, you need to take a photo or record a video. However, keep in mind that you are not limited to only that. In fact, you can also decide to use a photo you already have on your phone. For example, this is a photo of my best friend, Loki, that I already had saved on my device.
3. Tap The Text Option And Use Your Google Keyboard To Find GIFs
Finally, tap the text option located at the top right of your screen. Doing so will activate the Google Keyboard from where you can select whichever GIF you like. Tap the Google bar on the top of the keyboard and type GIFs.
Lastly, choose the GIF you want to use, and tap on it so that it adds to your Story.
Keep in mind that in order to use the Google Keyboard, you will first need to add it as your default keyboard. In order to do that, simply go to your phone settings, scroll down until you find the keyboard option and select Google as default.
