How To Set An Instagram Account To Public
First of all, you need to know that when you create an Instagram account, your profile is automatically set to public. However, there are a number of reasons why it could now be on private. Perhaps you gave your phone to your nephew and he messed around with your account, or you pressed random buttons and ended up setting your Instagram profile to private.
So, here’s how you can put things back to normal. First of all, open up the app on your phone. It will directly take you to the home tab within the app.
Second of all, select the icon on the bottom right of your screen. That will take you to your profile. From there, all you have to do is select the three lines on the top right corner of your screen and tap where it says settings.
Finally, just scroll down and you will spot an option that says private account. It should probably be activated. So, just tap on it and things will go back to normal. You are now able to share your photos and videos with everyone!
